I want to buy the Digital Download of Far Cry 4 for XBOX ONE.

They don't have a code for every digital game, only the ones that come in a bundle. I don't think a code for Far Cry 4 exists, unless you want someone who bought the season pass for AC Unity but I think that is linked to your gamertag/PSN name. You're better off trying to buy a Microsoft gift card.
