LMAO. It's the removable cushion insert.

I always thought J's were so overrated. Only found one or two I liked that were both comfortable and not gaudy as hell.
 
Where the hell do you guys get all these kick ass shoes from? All of my shoes suck and are cheap. I tried airwalks, but they weren't really very comforatable and the bottom of the shoe got damaged easily, mostly because of my wide feet :( (i think ).
 
I'm from the Bay Area, everybody and their mom wears J's here. I can't stand Chuck Taylors, Af1's, or Vans... I also think Bape's are ugly as fuck.

Had them for over 2 years, this thread reminds me that I need to buy some new shoes.

I love these shoes though so I will probably buy the same pair, just a different color combo.

ALL great shoes. The blue/orange ones are dead from skating; pretty much beater shoes, but I recently got the bottom two, skating the bottom right ones right now, other two are school shoes or whatever. ALL less than 50 dollars. I'm cheap, I know. =D

lol which is exactly why i bought them mainly to draw attention to myself and my car at shows and its an icebreaker. plus my legs are tattoo'ed up in bright colors so atleast i match.

I've figured that if I wanted to save money, I would go skater if it comes to shoes, a lot more cheaper than the hip-hop route if you ask me! Plus they look pretty hip-hopish anyways.

I'm really resistant to shoe changes (odd quirk of mine) so I'm actually on my second pair and considering buying a third. The only shoes I wear with long pants outside of my work boots. I have a a super cheap pair from Steve & Barry's for shorts.

I don't usually wear skater shoes but I do like the Nike SB Dunks --for obvious reasons-- and I've been able to find them cheap, many times at half the price of regular Dunks. :cool:

What I don't understand is the current trend in shoes (along with fashion in general) of putting crappy patterns all over everything. It is the apex of tackiness, as bad as platform shoes.

As for those who wear Jordans for fashion... you are too far gone to be saved. I'm pretty sure ball players wear normal shoes off the court.
