Wii... Mac
Xbox 360... Windows
Playstation 3... Linux

Wii: Simple enough for everyone to understand but has few options/features.
Xbox 360: Understandable given the time and plenty of options/features
Playstation 3: Can do everything if you really want it to and if you understand what you're doing.

I just kinda had this splurt after trying to understand my physics teacher's lesson (English is a third language for her... mercy)

Thoughts? Random bashing?

PS3 doesn't have that linux open-source capability anymore so it's more like a Windows knock-off that entices you by offering a free blu-ray player.

Playstation 3....It only does....everything
except what Sony no longer wants you to have access to, like backwards compatability, Linux, etc
.

Not the best comparison. Not only is Apple the pinnacle of design visually, its utilitarian to boot. The Wii is not so cute, even if they are both innovative and accessible.

I find it funny that the free operating system was matched with the machine hyped with the phrase "You'll need to work more hours to afford one."

Sony does everyone except the stuff you want to actually do like play games. Windo$e is Windo$e... Wii, well it's not good for your tv for one.

Funny. Like 99% of Apple haters/bashers, you must not actually use one to make such an ignorant statement.

I would have come up with the same list, but for these reasons:

Wii: It only comes in white.
Xbox: It's made by Microsoft
PS3: Actually this one is different.. I would match it to Vista.

Well I can't say that Mac OSX is terrible but personally I have had to use it at work and I don't care that much for it. It feels like whoever designed the program that I need to use, Xcode, was more concentrated with making it look nice than actually making it streamlined and functional. Microsoft Visual Studio does a much better job of keeping everything in a single window rather than a bunch of windows that you constantly have to go through a menu to get back to.

And I'd agree with original comparison, although I'd say the Wii matches up well with Apple because it seems to attract people who wouldn't typically be interested in that sort of thing (i.e. smart phones and computers on Apple's part and gaming for the Wii).
