If this is a good deal i am a very rich man.

Why, do you have a case of pristine unopened Chrono Cross units just sitting around?

Note: The unopened part makes all the difference.

I know where I can get 4 or 5 new/sealed Chrono Cross for $20 each, but most of the ended ones ended for less than $20. If anyone else wants to try their luck, let me know via PM, and I'll see what I can do about sending you a copy for cost+shipping+acouple bucks for my trouble!

EDIT: Come to think of it, if there is a Greatest Hits version of Chrono Cross, the copies I know of most definitely are that.

I have one and for now as a unemploed college student that is alot

I don't think anybody will buy that with all the GH floating around....unless they have a lot money sitting around with an affinity for chrono cross.

The latest trend seems to be collectors spending obscene amounts of money for PS1 non greatest hits original factory sealed games like Final Fantasy 7 and now this. It doesn't matter if there are a ton of GH copies lying around for $15, the point is the original version still factory sealed are becoming very rare and collectors are buying them to collect, not to open and play.

Wow, I have a copy sealed non-GH. Think it would really go for that much?

I also have sealed non-GH:

Final Fantasy Chronicles
Arc the Lad Coll
Lunar 2 Collector's
Zelda Ocarina of Time Collector's

People collect them just like anything else, but video game collecting is rather new so a lot of people don't really understand it. I personally think it is really stupid, really really stupid.

I can see collecting gmaes. Hell i collect dvds. But I damn sure won't buy a 50 dollar dvd to leave unopened and sit on the self! What up wit dat?

As little as 4 months ago you could get a sealed Chrono Cross (non GH) for $50. It was overpriced then, and $150 makes me laugh. If you think you'll sell this you are on crack.

But then again, some dumbass with money to spare might just make your day.

I concur that's way overinflated for this game. Although an excellent game.. its just not worth anything close to $150. The seller is on crack.
question to all here? Why buy games and not even open them to play? Do you buy games just to look prety in your collection?
Exactly what I was going to say. Games are made to be played...so do it already, damn it! We don't know if there will actually be a market for collecting games in the future or, hell, if our cartridges and discs will withstand the wear and tear that time brings.

If it works for you, more power to you...but I can't help but feel that you'll get much more out of your money if you play the games instead of leaving them to sit there and look nice. :D
