If this is still available and in good condition is this a good deal?

the rock band 2 guitar is worth more than 40 bucks used FYI. but if that doesnt tickle your fancy you should try getting the wooden replica guitars, microcenter still has a deal on them. but imo RB2 were the most well made guitars, i personally like the wooden guitars but its apples and oranges some dont like the extra weight/size. heres the microcenter link for the replicas theyre only $69.99 at micro compared to $200-$300 on amazon and newegg.
