I'm Buying a Few Games and Want to Save Money

Omatsei

CAGiversary!
This week, I'm going to be buying at least 3 games... Metroid Prime 3, Tiger Woods for the 360, and Blue Dragon. That will amount to about $170, plus tax. I'm also considering getting the guide for Blue Dragon, since it's a huge game. That'll push the dollar amount just over $200, including tax. I have $10 in Reward Zone points from Best Buy also, since that may figure into the equation. My question is one that I'm sure most CAG's ask themselves when they buy 2+ games, and that is, where can I get the very best deal without having to wait for 1-2 weeks for my items to arrive? I could try to use the $40 off a $200 coupon at Circuit City, and if it works, cool, but a lot of people are saying that coupon doesn't work anymore.

(I did purchase Bioshock from Liongames, and Tony's awesome, but Bioshock was my "test case" to see if I'd order from him again. I will, but I didn't get in on any of these games' preorders.)

In the future, you may want to refrain from posting on the Video Game Deals thread. As it states on the top of the screen "ONLY CREATE THREADS IF YOU ARE POSTING SPECIFIC DEALS!"

Video Game Deal Requests is where you need to be.

ONLY CREATE THREADS IF YOU ARE POSTING SPECIFIC DEALS!

Try the Deals Request forum. I'm sure you can find help there.

Jesus Christ, all that for hitting the Back button one too many times... Thanks to the kind souls who let me know in a decent way.
TRU has the 15% off any item going on this week, so you can use that coupon on one of your games.
Or go in 3 times (4 if you want the guide) and get 15% off of each of them . . .

And to the rest of you who were rude just to be rude, DBAD!

I don't think you can use the $40 off 200 when the store doesn't factor in taxes. I would say, look for deals on each individual item/game on here and do a hard search on stores and online. check multiple retailers online. You don't have to buy all of them at once in one store and it wouldn't hurt me to have one or two games and not get the other one for weeks. You can save some bucks waiting for one of them bought late (while you play the other game(s).

There's a box of brownie mix out on the counter for some reason. They must be made.

I would suggest getting the game (or 2 games) that have the best deals, and then wait until a deal for the 3rd game appears. You won't be playing all of them that fast anyways.
