The best way to transfer files between XB's is the Action Replay or a memory unit; however, some games, as some of you may not know, do not support the memory units (SW: KotOR and Ninja Gaiden for example). And as for the 'Malibu Stacy with the new hat' thing, limited edition consoles don't come out very often. I didn't actually care how many LE XB's were released, they just look friggin cool. I mean, when the average game enthusiast looks at websites and sees all of the cool stuff in the Asian market (Tiny Bee controllers for FF X-2, Metal Gear Solid/Gundam LE Gamecubes, White Panzer Dragoon XB's, PS2's that are readily available in every color under the sun, etc.), he/she is usually like 'man, I wish they had cool crap like that here in the states, without having to pay 500% more to import it here.' Sure, in the end they're all the same console underneath, but it's the closest in a while the US has had something like that. Sony won't even consider selling different color PS2's here right now (without having insane prices on their website), even though there is a good chance they'll sell a boatload even during the current PS2 sales slump. LE consoles are a good way to move hardware when you need to make money during the latter half of a system's lifespan.
A lot of gamers eat this kind of stuff up. So to the ones that think it's silly, then don't waste your time worrying about it. Let the ones who want the LE systems do that.
