Import Blu-Ray Movies

OK, I know the PS3 can play games region free, but can it play blu-ray movies region free? Also would the english and everything be in english, or is it just luck of the draw?

I think movies are region coded.

Here are the regions for Blu-Ray.

• Region 1: North America, South America, East Asia except for China (India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia etc.)
• Region 2: Europe and Africa
• Region 3: China, Russia and other countries

But, many film studios are not adopting region codes yet so you have a decent chance. Although you'll probably have to pay $40-50, which compared to MSRP(bullshit) isn't as bad.
