DVD Region Free (Blaze) (For PlayStation 2™ / US NTSC)

If I buy this would it allow be to play japanese ps2 games on my new version (slim) ps2 ? I mainly want it fot the rpgs not released in NA.
 
If it did you would have heard about it. No it's only for movies. The only method for playing imports are Buy a jp. system, swapmagic disk, Mods, or HDloader+harddrive.

Since you have the PSTwo your only options are a jp. system or get a swapmagic with a lid modification, which we cant really point out in this forum so you should probably try googling it.
