Impulse: Sword of the Stars Complete $3.99

Hope this isn't a repost, I scanned through the first 5 pages and didn't see it. Impulse has Sword of the Stars for $3.99 doubtful it would activate on steam. Looks like a 4x RTS game.

Never heard of it... looks interesting. Wish it was a GOG though... here are two contrasting reviews:

Both reivews are pre-expansions though so maybe some issues were fixed later on??? If I wasn't sooooo mad at Gamestop these days, I'd maybe purchase it.
