Silly question: Does paying rent go towards your credit score? :whistle2:s
I don't think so..if not, is there a way for them to do so?
If you definitely want it to go toward your credit score, you'd have pay it with a credit card. The charges that go on and are subsequently paid off from the cc will help improve your score.

Usually anything that has a contract and requires monthly payments works, but only if the company receiving the payments reports to the credit bureaus. cell phones, utilities, credit cards, car loans, school loans, etc.

The best way is to keep 1 or 2 CCs and pay off the balance each month. Most other things like rent and utilities can only hurt you (as in, it's only reported when you miss payments, and doesn't help your score at all).
You can't get a $20 hard drive but you want to buy like $900 worth of other electronics and car shit.
Priorities, bro.

Who needs good credit these days? Government assistance for everybody!
Frosty is a good guy, dcfox. Cut him some slack
No.

$$$$as at Time Warner tried to up my internet cost $15. I told them I'd switch to DSL, so now I'm paying the same rate

Just for that I'm going to download a lot of shit tonight.

Maybe since yall are anime aficionados yall might know the anime I can't think of. It was an older style anime and this kid who was rejected by the "air force/govt mech dept" and goes off then finds this old mech type deal buried on "earth" and he "fixes it" or whatever and fights these "dudes" in space and the air and saves the day.

I know that is very vague and I doubt you could figure it out by my description.

Sounds like RahXephon. Or are you saying this is a movie?
wow - who would you rather meet .. Peter Hunt, Captain Archer, or Dr. Samuel Beckett?
No question Beckett. The dude is a genius.
Howl's Moving Castle is fantastic. My favorite Miyazaki (though I haven't seen Princess Mononoke).
You need to. It's easily his best.

You'd think you could grant that adjective to any person that could invent a time machine. You just would assume he'd devise a way to come back before he used it.

It went a little ca-ca dude.

plus as the final episode kinda alluded to, he didn't want to go home anyway... he really wanted to spend his life helping other people
"Searching for 8/9 years for it."
A) Doesn't change the fact that it still sounds like RahXephon

B) RahXephon is 7 years old now, so it's not that far fetched.
I have Stranger Than Fiction on my ipod. Haven't listened to it a lot but the I liked the songs that have come up on shuffle.
That's one of their lesser albums. Try to figure out which ones are the best.

I always loved the episodes where he jumped into his young self .. or Al's young self.
I think you might be a little biased.
He didn't name the film after me, it was the other way around.

Thus, it's not really bias, so much as it's adoration.

QL is really a show you can watch in about 10 episodes. Most of the stuff was filler with him in funny situations, but the season finales/premiere were some of the best TV. Three of my favorite moments in any show:

From the trilogy of MIA/The Leap Home Part 1/Part 2
1) When he figures out Al was duping him into trying to get his wife to believe he was alive and tells Al off
2) When Al tells him off the very next episode for doing the same thing to his family, and Al saying that he would give anything to be in his shoes.
3) When Al ends up staying as a POW for a few more years to let Sam's brother live.
All really powerful stuff

"I have Bad Religion's album, Stranger Than Fiction, because one of the songs on it was featured in the popular music video game Guitar Hero!" - ???

Nah Mak that aint it. I believe it was a movie and not a series unless it was like Ghost in the Shell and they made it a series. It looked a little bit grittier and it could be at least 10 years old. I thought it could have been Robotech or Macross but I doubt it now.

I have it because it was featured on Coda one day. I had 3 or 4 albums back when I had my zune pass. Nice try though.

I love listening to whatever Doom album I have when I can't sleep. Dude's voice is so calm it just puts me out.

What are some good artists in the same vein as him?

Because of Milk obviously.
