Incentive Reward Center: Scam?

I'm sure plenty of you have seen those ads on this site where they claim you fill out a survey, sign up for some services, and get a free Nintendo DS. I foolishly tried Incentive Reward Center a few months back and while I didn't get charged for anything (I cancelled all my trials) I never got a DS. Upon researching them online some people say they're a scam, but others claim to have gotten their prizes upon threatening legal action. So my question is this: has anyone here actually gotten a prize from them, and if so, how?

Just curious if this is worth persuing any further since I already did all their dirty work.

Well, duh. Why do you think no one here did it? Only the 'free ipod' thing panned out. One guy got a free TV from the freeflatscreens thing. The rest were scams.

Yeah my best advice is to wait for proof that something is legit, either people posting un-photoshopped images proving it or news making it to a reputable site. The freeipods etc. made it to several sites confirming it was real before I did that.

Yeah, I saw that some people were getting their ipods, and I didn't think it would be any different depending on the prize (especially since the DS is cheaper than an ipod).
