Installing Digital PSP Games From ASIA PS Store onto US PSP

CAGiversary!
So I've had an asia.playstation.com account for a while, and while I was in Taiwan last month, I bought a PSN card there. There are a good number of Mahjong games for the PS1 and PSP (the real Mahjong, 4-player).

So I purchased a really good one, but realized I had a problem when I went to install it and I got a message that said that by installing this game, it will deactivate the account that is on my PSP.

My questions are:

1) does it matter if it's deactivated?
2) Is it easy to re-activate if I just go ahead and install it?
3) Will it mess up my current game saves on my current Memory Stick?
4) If I have a second memory stick, is it an option to swap them w/o deactivating?

Number 4 kind of depends on the answers to 1-3. I really hope there's a way (other than CFW) to play this game on my PSP w/o losing my other games.

You have to delete your US account from that PSP and use the account with the corresponding region for the game you want to play. Just press the triangle button on Account Management under PSN and click the Delete Account option and it's as simple as that. It shouldn't affect saves or any of that stuff, but you can just back all of them up to Media Go on your PC if you want to be safe.

Your account is on the PSP itself, not the memory stick, so changing them won't affect anything. Though you could keep your foreign games on one stick and NA games on another for simplicity's sake.

Thanks Frisky. I figured out that you have to activate one account or the other to use the specific games. So it's probably better to keep them on the same memory stick.
