Ive been wanting to get another capture card for a while so that I could record my console games to make videos and what not, but I don't know which one to get. I'm looking for one under $200, PCI-E and Vista 64 compatible. Any help? One that has component inputs would also be nice, but composite is fine as well.

The only card on the market that I know of that allows for component video is the BlackMagic Intensity Pro. Its $350 MSRP and that's probably as cheap as your going to find. I recently bought one myself and really like it but you really have to have a damn good system to run it I've found.
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1250 Hybrid Video Recorder at CC. HDTV Tuner, PCI-E, but only has a coax and a Svideo/composite input. Its onsale for $50 bucks right now.

If you need something more full featured the WinTV-HVR-1800 has builit in hardware Mpeg 2 encoding, its MSRP is $130, I don't know if CC carries it.
