I think most people don't realize how significant this action is. Obama's executive order now allows Interpol to operate with no restrictions in the United States. What's to stop them from abusing this situation? They now aren't subject to our own Constitution or FOIA. Will they arrest Bush II and Rumsfeld for war crimes?
