InuYasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask, a RPG for ps2 soon to be released. Now I like inuyasha, its a pretty good anime, but this game looks awful just awful, part of me wants too buy it and part of me keeps saying dont you dare fucking buy this. I have a bad feeling this game will become a hidden title like gitaroo man and become hard too find later on so I am tempted even more too purchase it, still it looks like a peice of shit too me.
 
While I bet the game will end up being crap, I hope it does sell well so that more anime games come over, and ones that are actually decent. Even though I would buy Evangelion 2 in a heartbeat even though I know it sucks....
 
Gitaroo Man was $20 for the better part of a year at TRU before eBay madness set in. Chances are you'll have ample opportunity to buy this title at a low-ish price before it becomes fodder for those with more money than sense.

OMG, it looks like a PS1 game! I was really excited since I just bought a PS2 and love InuYasha but this game looks pretty weak. Of course, that InuYasha game on the PS1 was crap as well and I still bought that too. Maybe the graphics aren't representative of the game overall and the game rocks. Or maybe it sucks horribly and they are just cashing in on the InuYasha name. I guess we will see come November 1st.
 
Well, since Bandai called the first Inuyahsa game a "hit" I've lost all hope for this game.

as would I, I pray every night for an evangelion game
 
i enjoyed the first inuyasha game for the 3 days I played it, as for this game it looks like shit because they did the characters chibi style, that means weak gameplay as well, hopefully plot will fill in the holes

I thought the first Inuyasha game was alright also. I didn't find it too bad as a fighter. This one looks like crap. Just wait till some place clearances them out or when they become $20 at Fry's.

I've gotten just about every Eva game I can get my hands on (all the saturn ones, the N64 one, and the new PS2 one) and they only one I can recommend is the N64 one. Great graphics, DECENT gameplay, and it follows the story to a t. Good shit.
 
I wonder if the game will be incorporating the FMV scenes into the gameplay, Ie they play when you perform a special move, or if its just fancy marketing technique.
 
I have the import of this game. Only played it once and haven't got too far so I can't say if it's good or bad. I just don't really want to play it right now. I probably will get this game when it comes out though.
