Definitely, don't send it back to the iCade company. I know some companies have those 'don't send it back, we can help!' papers in them, but 9.99 times out of 10, I throw those away and take it back to the store.

I actually just ended up opening up the iCade myself. I found that one of the contacts that the joystick bumps up against to register the contact was way out of place, so I just popped it back in and super glued it down. It was much easier than I thought.
