I'm with at&t, but since my employer was the one that had the line, I just got a new line with no contract. I could've gotten an iphone 4 with at&t when I got my new number, but I didn't want to be locked in to a horrible network.
I'm definitely going to go over to Verizon, and since the iphone has been good to me, I'll probably stick with it. I guess I need to go play with the droid X first though since you can get it for around $19.99
Depending on when it's released, it will most likely be a delayed reaction. for example, the original Motorola Droid was released just over a year ago on Verizon, so as old as that phone is now, those who signed a contract with it are still not due for an upgrade yet.
But if they won't leave Verizon for it then they aren't the hardcore fans that Apple thrives with. That's my point, the people who really love these things already have one, those left aren't the fanatics. They're the people who might give it a chance, but aren't necessarily in love with it enough to do anything to have it.
