Ipod Touch 8gb Deals?

I'm interested in buying an ipod touch 8gb.. as my old mp3 player is broken, and I really like the touch screen and wifi internet. I've looked into the refurbs on apple's website.. but CA sales tax completely kills the deal.. making amazon as the cheapest place so far.

A lot of people shy away because they are "refurbs" but Apple refurbs are among the best. Besides coming in a brown box instead of the retail one, you won't be able to tell its a refurb - they replace the casing so its only the internal parts which are refurb'd. I'm looking at getting a 16 or 32 gig. Anyone seen any other deals for the 16 gig or any deals on the 32 gig?
 
Im going to sell my 8gb Ipod Touch on Ebay soon because I have an Iphone now for work and don't need the touch. Its like brand new. (it has a screen protector and a shock case on it so it looks brand new. Its only been used a month. PM if you are interested!
