I didn't see a thread for this, but it looks really promising and has a nice usage of the Wii remote.

In Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine, players square off in Kitchen Stadium and battle through a series of fast-paced and intense culinary challenges as they make their way to the final battle for the title of Iron Chef America.
