Downloading now for $19.99..SD version still says Preorder @ $14.99 to be released 9/24 so be aware. Amazon and Vudu seem to have their HD versions ready as well...nothing on Cinemanow yet but that could change by morning.  Blu/DVD versions come out on 9/24 as well. ..more of a heads up if anyone is interested. Enjoy

Was about to say no as i didnt see the CLOUD symbol on Iron Man 3 in the library on my laptop;however. when I went to try and download it to my ipod touch from ITunes...the Icloud symbol was there and it downloaded fine.
