Is a Klonoa 2 strategy guide considered to be rare or hard to find?

I saw one of these the other day and it kinda caught my eye. It's in excellent condition. Should I pick it up? It's only $5. I've played the game a few times and really enjoyed it.

On a side note I'm sure alot of people know this but you can find some nice stuff in flea markets and pawn shops. I've been finding some real good stuff lately. I know my luck is gonna run out soon.
