Is Deep Discount a reliable site?

They have the MK Kollectors Edition for 360 for $52 with free shipping but I've never heard of the site before. Has anyone here ever ordered anything from them?

I've heard they used to be really good, but they aren't so great these days. Trying to order from them is a major headache, and most of the time for super sale items, they usually cancel your items several weeks after you order. But every once in a while, they do pull through, but you have to make sure you stay a little persistent in checking the status of your order (I recommend contacting them directly on their official Facebook page for your order status instead of their "Contact Us" email).

but when they cancel the ordered items, the payment will also be cancelled? coz if not, then it's a scam
