Is Final Fantasy X Original version, factory sealed, considered rare?

Just wondering if people are still collecting Final Fantasy stuff ? If so how much would it cost for FF X original version factory sealed? I saw it on ebay around 3 months ago, sold approx $75.

It is far from rare, but I have seen people sell them for anywhere from 35 to 60 bucks non GH sealed.

From what I understand, a sealed copy of FFX non-GH that has "Square-Enix" on it could fetch that amount.

Do a search for FFVII sealed and you will see what your X is worth. (hint: ~$25-30)

people always consider original masterpieces. FF7 first FF game on PS1 FFX first FF game for PS2. I once saw an original FF7 going for 100 what a rip. Of course FFX-2 will never fetch that amount.
