Is Nuuvem not an option anymore?

I bought some DLC from Nuuvem about a year ago and everything went fine but now it looks much harder to buy from them. Has anyone bought from them lately? Is it not possible anymore?

yes but from what I've read, Nuuvem made it difficult to submit payment when the address is out of their region. Seems to work ok for some and not for others. And then how do we figure out if the Steam key is region locked? I'm tempted to try with a really cheap game...

Nuuvem is a... much more difficult option.  More stuff is region locked and the stuff that isn't is often "Paypal locked" in that unless your Paypal address is from South America you'll get rejected even if you're using a proxy.  You can check for Steam key region locks on Steamdb or other sites but there's no easy way to find the increasingly rare games not Paypal locked.  Was bound to happen since Nuuvem went from "open secret" to "not at all remotely secret let's tell everyone" overnight.

There's supposedly some way to get a bank card from Argentina using some financial sorcery but it involved like $20 in fees and spending $20 and jumping through a bunch of hoops to save $6 on a game sort of defeats the point for me.  I'm sure you could eventually make it up in volume but, with my luck, I'd find that Nuuvem shut that down and I'd just be out twenty bucks.
