Is the novelty of Wii wearing off?

Not arguing that the PS3 is having a nice post launch, but the Wii has Sonic and Wii Play in February. In January we had Wario Ware. In March, we've got SSX and Cooking Mama. There's a steady flow of niche titles that have come out, but they're niche titles. Not a one of those are a Virtua Fighter 5. The Wii's first "big" title (though I think Wario and Wii Play especially will end up selling huge numbers) is Super Paper Mario and that's still at April. Thankfully consumers don't have Wiis right now so they aren't feeling the pains of the drought........

Ugh, early adoption sucks.

Poor, poor man. That's sad. :(
Ugh, early adoption sucks.
I can go along with that. The Wii is the first system I ever got at launch, and while it was fun initally, there's not been too much to be too whooped up for, mainly cause I figured another AAA title from Nintendo (Wario Ware not withstanding) would've hit by now. Ah, well. Metroid will come soon enough I suppose, and hopefully Super Paper Mario lives up to its expectations. At least Sonic and the Secret Rings was even better than I hoped it would be.

LOL, you know I love Sonic, can't I just pretend it was good. Sega should license Sonic out to Nintendo, and let them make the Sonic game. Or a crossover game with Mario and Sonic

Okay,

I'm not sure whats going on with the wii, but I can say this.

When the Wii first launched there had to be the games that came out quickly that only caught your eye and made you some what interested in the system, so it would hold alot of people over for a while so that game developers would have more time, to create the games that alot of people will like to play rather than being in a rush... I hope that makes sence and does not sound repetitive.

to make a long story short; The wii is still new, give it some time and I am sure it will not dissapoint you.

(I do not own a wii, nor have I played one, but this is MHO from a buisness point of view.)
