also does it mean anything if there is no warranty or is? how can it be used anyways if the warranty only works on the original owner? Also do tell and fix the prices into what it should be in your opinion.

Warranty works for who ever holds the sale receipt with the serial number, I've never had a 360 but have heard about the RROD....
