Is this a good deal for a 49" 1080P TV?

I found this 49" 1080P TV from LG and the price appears to be good, however it appears that based on a quick Google search of the model number (49LB5550), it's either a Black Friday exclusive model or it's not so popular.  LG apparently is a great brand for TVs however there are very little reviews for this particular model.

Is this a good deal?  Does anyone have any hands on experience with this television?

See if you can find something similar that has 120Hz refresh rate instead of 60Hz.
