Is this a good deal for PC?

I'm in the market for a new desktop PC, and I'm wondering whether this is a good deal

It's a Dell Studio XPS with Core i7 920, 6gb 1066 RAM, 1TB HD, DVD-RW Drive, and an HD4850 card, probably the 512MB version. The main problem with this rig is that the mobo only supports one card. No display included, but I already have one.

after rebate its not that bad. but if youre savvy enough to build your own computer you can build a rig that has a better mobo and video card for essentially the same price. check out our build a PC thread for ideas and builds. but if youre just looking for something quick and easy and cant or dont want to biuld a PC then its not bad at all... after rebate.

edit, actually it includes vista and hopefully that means youd qualify for the windows 7 free upgrade. if thats the case then yes id say its worth it.

I saw this on another deal website. Looks like a good deal as long as you are content with the ~450W PSU.
