All for $65. All games are lightly used but mint and complete. Should I jump on it?

And seriously, why'd you ask if it was a good deal.. you knew it was.

I'm going to laugh when they all turn out to be bootlegs..
 
They aren't. And plus, I'm going to pick them up locally. It is not a mail transaction. So if I don't like what I see, I don't have to buy it. I'll post after I pick them up tonight.
 
Turns out it was tad bit too good to be true. Everything was perfect, only Jak II didn't have a case and MGS3 didn't have a booklet. Still a pretty good deal.
 
Especially good deal if you have a gamerush nearby -- if you start to regret what you bought, Mortal Kombat: Deception and MGS 3 are both trading for ~$30 each.

LOL I don't think i've even looked at my MGS booklet.

*Looks at MGS 3 box containing booklet... Thinks... figures that it would be easier to reach for the GC power button to play RE 4 than stand up and reach for MGS 3 box.*
