Is this a good deal?

I was at work and a guy I had talked to me previously wants to sell me:

Sega Nomad (good condition)
2 battery packs
AC cord for Nomad
Extra Controller
(Possibly the Nomad hookup to the TV)
and 12 games (forgot what they were, nothing rare really, just a few I don't have)

I tested the Nomad and it works beautifully.

He want's $50 for the whole set.
