Is this a good offer for people?

1. Black DSi (like new) with Planet Puzzle League and Flipnote Studio installed: $75

2. Sony Playstation 3 (mint/like new, comes with controller and power cords), and five games: Uncharted 2 GOTY Edition, God of War 3, Motoracers, Little Big Planet 2 (has Best Buy used game sticker on disc), and Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. $270.

I may need to sell them and wanted to know if they were good and fair (not getting hosed) offers. Thanks.
