I think it is a good deal. Especially since you're getting the extra controller and the 2 TB HDD. The HDD usually go for about $60 if you can find them during a big sale and controllers are around $50. So if you add up the value:

-$300 for used Xbox One

-$50 for xbox controller

-$60 for HDD

$90 for the games

It mostly depends on the games. GTA and The Witcher 3 would run you about $40 used each, MCC about $30, the rest would be $15-$20 used each. So it's a good value if you are interested in those games. If not you could always get one of the $350-$400 bundles for a new console and a game.

 
The only games I wanted was halo master chief collection and Dead Rising 3 and was thinking about trading the other games 

 
I personally wouldn't do that deal.

You can often find XBOX One deals with MCC and a $50 GC for $350. So that's $300 with a warranty. HDD should be $60-70...So in my eyes it breaks down like this

System: $300
Halo MCC: $0

HDD: $70
Controller: $35 (found on sale time to time)

Gta V: $30 (it sells for more, but to me that's all I would value it at since that would be my buy price)

Destiny: $10

Dead Rising 3: $10

Aliens: $15

The witcher: $30 (same as GTA)

Far Cry 4: $10

So IMO at most you're saving $10 off retail. If you don't want many of the games I see it as even less of a good price.
