Ok. But is it really that hard to zip off an email to the local BBB just to be sure?

Remember, Yahoo is paid in many instances by the "recommended sites". Bit of a conflict there I think.

bbb.org is your best friend. All you have to do is provide the company name and state, and you can automatically access some general information about the company.
