Oh man, I didn't know you were so close to me, I e-mailed this guy about this lot a day or two ago, but unfortunately I was too far away to make it worthwhile to pick it up. I live in Pacolet and where he's located is about 60 miles away from me, but if it was 20 or less I would have picked this up in a minute.

Way worth it, buy it, definitely.
