No, not at all.
Stay away from this game like a plague.

Go to Metacritic and check out the review score then you'll know how bad it is (FYI: this game has what it takes to get a score of 2.9 from Gamespot).
I tried it myself and I was so glad that I didn't buy it. Not only isn't the game fun, buy it also has a slow-down problem. When I said slow down, I really mean it: gameplay is so s-l-o-w a-n-d c-h-o-p-p-y that it's almost unplayable.

Umm... I'm not sure about this since I've never heard any good tennis game on DS. If somebody know one, please tell me.

Nope, no good tennis games. I hope a tennis game similar to Mario Tennis on the N64 comes to the DS!

It's a terrible game. Thankfully, Prince of Tennis: Crystal Drive 2005 is relatively cheap for an import ($30~ish) and is fantastic. That's well worth importing.
