Is Trainn out of business?

I have been owed a game from Your Free 360 Games for the past two weeks. They said it was shipped and it's never arrived. I have emailed all the contact addresses for the company and put in trouble tickets with absolutely no response whatsoever.

Is anyone else still in contact with this company or have they closed the doors without telling anyone, leaving the sites up and running?

I checked the first page in this forum and saw nothing and also ran a site search and found no "official thread".
 
It's on the first page of this forum. If you haven't been to it before, how do you know about the site? It's been active for over a year. It's titled "Free Xbox 360 Games & Accessories --- Part 5" It's the 4th result when you search for "Trainn".
