Is XBL down again?

I was wondering is anyone has had any problems getting on XBL today (3/21) or yesterday (Thursday). I've been trying to get on since yesterday morning with no luck.
I've even tried the XBL connection test with no luck, always get 'Failed' when it gets to the XBL part.
I live in Chicago.

I had problems yesterday, but last night and today I'm able to get online
