Is XBOX Live up?

Am i the only one who cant connect to Xbox live? Its 12:25am on December 1st.
Sorry about the topic, but i just returned my xbox a few days ago, bought a new one and this one isnt connecting. Im just wondering if its just me, or everyone, thanks again guys.

VGA cables can now do 1080p, thats about it.
 
XBL needs to quit this nonsense and release a useful update. like more BC games, i'm holding out hope for MVP 05, MVP 06, and NFL 2K5, but it will probably never happen
