It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Complete Season 1-5 $39.99 bestbuy

So I ordered this after it was on backorder the day it was on sale. It just shipped today but it is saying they shipped me the Shrek Quadrility on blu ray instead???? What the hell is up with that. Currently waiting $20 minutes on hold to speak with someone. Not happy.

So after waiting 40 minutes to get someone on the line I have to return the Shrek blu rays to a store. At first they weren't going to honor the $39.99 price but I asked to speak with a supervisor (nicely) and they ended up honoring the price. So this was a big pain in the a** but it ended up working out. I don't suggest calling them unless you have to. The hold times are crazy.
 
Picked mine up last night in store after ordering online over the weekend. MSRP (or at least the sticker) shows $76.xx. Couldn't be happier with the deal. Thanks again to the OP.
 
Went to a local BB and they had 2 left for $76.99 and I asked if they would match their online price(clerk of course said yes) so I scored the 2nd to last copy for $39.99. It's crazy that in-store it was almost twice that price. Hope this helps anyone who can't get it online.
 
Sorry to revive a week-old Deals thread about a DEAD deal, but did anybody receive theirs yet? Mine still says backordered.

Anybody have experience with BB in situations like this? Do they generally cancel orders? Honor them? Or let them ride until you cancel it yourself?
 
I got mine late last week... Season 1 and 3 had discs that were fairly damaged =|. That said they told me I can search for a copy at a local store, or request a label from them.
 
I got mine in yesterday. I have to say I love the box it's in but I'm disappointed that every multi-disc case in there has the little plastic tabs broken off, so all of the discs are free to just float around in the case. I really don't like it actually. I'm thinking about getting a hold of Blockbuster to see if there is anything they could do.

Mine was still backordered, and I only lacked Season 5 and the Christmas special. I just ordered S5 for 9.99 from amazon since it's on sale. The Christmas special isn't anything to write home about, I'll wait until I can find it at the pawn shop or flea market for a couple bucks.
