Its OVER Frequent Shopper has shut down customer support is dead

I got my waffle iron today. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks nice. I think my estimated shipping date was 1/24, so it's a little early.
 
Hey guys I know this is a newbish question but is it bad when you accidently pass the limit by 6 points. I don't want them to think I am cheating. I am playing legit and I don't want to keep on doing my accounts for nothing.

I'm not sure that we've had any confirmation on the accounts that are going over the daily limit on weather or not not they recieve their prizes. If anyone has please post! I'm personally not taking any chances. I'd rather play legit and not have to worry about it.

Actually its in the 10,000 point section. Just for more information, its a third generation nano and I believe is black.

Yeah I can tell it's a third gen one. Any of them would be better than the one I have now.
 
Hey, two questions. First, how much could I sell the 3rd generation 4gb ipod for? Also should I trade it in for an ipod touch? The only problems I see, as I would like to run with it and it probruly would get damaged by some accident. Also Apple can't just stay with one model, and there will probruly a new one released in a couple of months. What should I do?
 
Who CARES if Apple releases a new one. Do you LIKE the ones that are avaiable now? If so, then it is good enoiugh for you.

Gee...you wonder why we are in this recession we are in? PEople acting irresponsbily with their money saying "Hey! This company just released an updated version of something I already own and enjoy, and it has new features that I didn't even know EXISTED before, let alone needed! Here is my credit card! Two please. One in to keep in my car!"

(And even if they do release a new one, it will not be offered on this site.)
 
From the looks of it the 3rd gen 4GB goes for about $100. I dont know what you mean by trade it in. If you wanted to return it to a store without a receipt no one is going to take it because its the old one. And if you are running you want something smaller than you can strap to your arm.

I've had my 4th gen iPod classic for 4 years now and I'm fine with that. All though I'm looking into getting another iPod because sharing one with the GF can be hard.
 
Damn today was a werid day. I have multiple accounts and in the wheel most of them won 5 credits which pissed me off haha. I hate when that happens :(. Cons2000, how long did it take for your GPS to come?

I can't answer for him...but I will try. I checked his posting history, and on 12/5 he said he was going to reach 10,000 "tomorrow". So unless he delayed for some reason, I guess it is safe to assume that he ordered it on 12/6. So I guess about a month.

It also appeared to be true that he was using the extra point method. (Not that I thought he was lying.) Because hte post said that he had 9987 points and would be going for 10,000 tomorrow. It never occurred to me when I first read that a month ago why he had 9987.
 
I ordered my GPS on 12/5 and still haven't gotten it. :whistle2:(

But since it looks like they have the same fulfillment company as Live Search Club, it'll probably take longer to get here to California like LSC prizes.

The site is down for me right now too.

It is down for me too. No worries.

Also, for those who ordered their GPS after 12/05, like me, this could still be good news. It doesn't necessarily mean that we have to wait however long to get our prizes. For example, even though I ordered it about 2 1/2 weeks alter, I may get it sooner if they were just waiting for a new batch to come in and are now fuliflling all orders at once. So it is possoble that everyone who ordered it will get it in the next week or so.

So I really think that Microsoft should update thier "180 day" policy. They should break it down by points. Like 180 day wait after you have ordered 10,000 pt item, 100 day wait after 7500 pt item etc... I know they are trying not to get scammed but it really makes people not want to play if they have to wait so long after they order a 500 pt item.

Just my 2 cents.

What's the deal with Scavenger Hunt? I try searching for the items like it says and I get annoyed and move onto something else because I can't seem to find what it's asking for.

It's my last option to get tickets today, everything else stopped giving me tickets for some reason. Are there caps on how many tickets you can get from each individual game?
 
Yes there is a cap on how many points you get per game. For Scavender Hunt, just cop and paste part of the word, does not always work.

Also, does anyone know if you can check your shipping status online?

Its an estimated ship date not an estimated arrive to you date. Wait a little while. You are get something for free.

Question for people with multiple accounts...are you shipping under the same name you using the name of the person whose address you are using?
 
Mother fucker. I got nice and c-blocked by Frequent Shopper just as I was about to cash out for the GPS. Now they're telling me that I have to wait til March 20th to redeem.

So, has anyone had any success with convincing them that this screwing over of GP winners is bs? I mean, if I had been told that I could either have a 500 point prize with "no strings attached" and a 10000 point prize in the future, I sure as hell wouldn't have picked that damn bottle.

(Sorry about the first question. Lazy commentor is lazy and should have read the first post in the thread.)

I realized I don't care enough to get more than 5000 points so I ordered two controllers and I might play just enough to get my points back up enough to get two more. I'm at 1.6k on both accounts so it shouldn't be that bad and I have 180 days to do it.
