Its OVER Frequent Shopper has shut down customer support is dead

Anybody know if the prizes can be shipped to Canada? I sure hope so, because I already have 600 points, and I really want to receive that 360 controller... :S
Is there a limit to how many of the same items (ex. candles) we can order?
I think it was one prize a day, up to $500 worth of stuff total. So you could order the same item once a day, every day, until you hit the $500 price ceiling.

There is a 10 prize cap.

"Each household may receive a maximum quantity of one prize item over a 180-day period and a maximum quantity of ten prizes over the life of the Program."

You have to wait 180 days to order the same prize again even if its a low ticket item like the candles.
And only 10 items total for a household ever.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. Brain's been fried from too many hint popups.

actually now that i read it again i'm confused myself lol .
Is it wait 180 days to order the same item again i (ie. same item twice) or is it wait 180 days to order anything at all again.

hmm, anyways i just shot them an email asking about that.

I have 3 different addresses i can use but still this will be good to know.

Ordered the spice jar for the missus, back down to zero points. I got one of the gold puzzles just now. It was a 6 by 6 grid of the ugly pendant. Its a hard one because I couldn't tell which of the grays filled the blank spots between the pendant and the chain. Well, after spending about 30 minutes and getting nowhere, I gave up. Oh well, 500 points instant winner; just wasnt my day. If it was the aqua di parma box it would have been easy. Or even the damn luggage. I can do those in less than 5 minutes on hard. Damn you MSN.

so u can send prizes from one account to diff addresses. Because if u can't, by the time you can order another prize on that account you will have 18,000 points. Lol then after you order another prize you will have enough for 2.5 bigger prizes. I have 2 accounts but i don't want to waste points on smaller item and then wait half a year to get another prize.
can a "hot list" still be considered hot if it hasn't updated in like a week?
Happened to me, too. I messaged them about it and I'm still waiting for a response.

Found a loop hole for getting the hot list to work. First you have to be signed out then do the hot list which will give you 10 points then sign in and you will be awarded the 10 points :)

Nice. I didn't even think about doing that. I do that trick with the wheel though.

The wheel freaking cheats. Between today and yesterday, it took me over 50 spins combined to break 20 points both days. I seriously spun 5 pts 8 times in a row. Luckily I found a slightly faster way to do it (keeping the cookie window open in firefox), but man... this is a lot of work just for the mouse (and maybe an xbox controller if I can last that long on this site...) :(

lol really? I just spun it for the first time tonight and hit 50! Yay!
Received my led votive candle I won from the golden puzzle on 9/4. It says set of 3 in the prize mall but I only got 1.
My candle order (not from golden puzzle) from 9/2 has not come yet for me.
Sucks to hear that msn might be screwing up the candle orders.
I'll post back as soon as i get mine to see if its the same problem.

I got my laptop sleeve today. I was quiet surprised to see the package sitting outside my door.

I can't wait to get enough points for a big prize after seeing the quick shipping.

I regret getting the candles now, sorry correction candle singular.
I mean for 500pts its not worth it for one, three hell yea but one? Come on!
I'm gonna email them but doubt how far that will take me.

That's it definitely no more small prizes to slow me down big ones here i come.

Wow prizes are already coming in? I bet the only reason for this is because nobody has enough credits yet to get something good yet. Once people start hitting 5,000-10,000 credits shipping will get slower.

Maybe they are just shipping out 1 candle at a time. No, that would be a huge waste of mailing items/time.

At least we know that items ship fast, so thanks for ordering candles you guys.

I ordered some last week I think. My mom is gonna be bummed to hear that its only one candle instead of the THREE on the site.
Can anyone else no longer do Hot List?
Do this, First you have to be signed out then do the hot list which will give you 10 points then sign in and you will be awarded the 10 points.

Same here. I thought someone would have to sign for it, plus I thought I sent it to my parents house.

Well I live in a house that is divided into a few apartments. It was literally sitting outside my door instead of by the mailboxes (inside the building). My neighbor sometimes drops my packages off to me and I wasn't home so she left it by my door.

I don't know if she signed for it or not. No biggie to me.

She probably didn't. There's no one here during the day, otherwise it would've been inside already if it'd been signed for.

It's funny, the label says 17", but my laptop is 15.4" and is a perfect fit. It only stretches a little, and I'm pretty sure a 17"er is not going to fit in it.

yay, im getting pretty close to getting the controller. although it's tempting to redeem it, i gotta save up for either rock band or the camera.

i sent them an email about only getting one candle and here is the response i got seems like i am talking to a real person

Hi jlewis13,

We are looking into this and will confirm when we can send out the remaining 2 candles. You will hear back from us soon.

Thanks,
MSN Shopping Frequent Shopper team

got back an email today as well

"You can order one prize every 180 days, whether it's the same prize or different prizes.

Thanks,
MSN Shopping Frequent Shopper team"

Well that certainly sucks.
If you ordered a cheap prize you have to wait a good 6 months to get something else.
That means doing this everyday will do you no good as you can only get 2 prizes a year, so you have to make them worth it.
Getting the cheap prizes are a total rip off.

So only way i see is with a lot of alternate addresses, friends and families.

I figure I'll go ahead and get the controller, then since I have to wait 180 days for another prize anyways, I'll go ahead and save THOSE points up for a bigger prize.
i take it this doesn't work with firefox? everytime i try it i get an errr page, but it works fine with internet explorer.
works for me on firefox :D

Thats the new name of the game :) What kinda bs is is one prize every 180 days...i mean damn club.live atleast lets you order when you want. I was playing by the rules, time to set up multiple accounts.

While I actually needed the laptop sleeve, waiting 6 months for any of the other prizes (even the large ones) is a waste seeing as how in that much time I could just save up and get a mini-aquarium or the stupid waffle maker with my own money.

i got 2 accounts but you gotta have 2 addresses to ship to. both i am saving up for big prizes on

do the golden puzzle prizes count in the 180 period? Since i ordered a spice jar after completing one, does that mean i have to wait 180 days to get anything?
i got 2 accounts but you gotta have 2 addresses to ship to. both i am saving up for big prizes on
do they ask for your address when you order cus i have two accounts, ones my brothers but i cant remember if we signed up with our address included already

I just want to give a heads up to anyone who would be going for that wine fridge, it's a piece of garbage. Buddy of mine got the same model for his wedding and it's crapped out on him twice. (2 different units) Dealing with the company apparently is a ridiculous ordeal and it took them quite some time to ship him his replacement after the cooling system died 6 months in, and then when the replacement died a few months after that they refused to help him any more due to it being a few weeks after the original unit was bought.

I guess this is good for me, seeing how I have three separate addresses to choose from and I'm managing 3 different accounts, each 100 points apart. I guess having a home address, a college address, and a boyfriend's house pays off in some ways. Still sucks on the 180 day limit, but the way I see it, it's fewer chances the prize I want will go away before I can get to it.
