"It's time to sign up for Edge!"

The reason you're getting bashed around a bit here, is you have a guy who's just doing the typical Gamestop routine. Far too aggressively, yes- but everyone here's had the extra-item push from someone.

Then, from your description, you simply give quiet, polite refusals, and when you finally 'snap', you quote Hank Hill- quite possibly the least threatening character on prime time TV. It just doesn't sound all that 'cool', my friend.

Look, the next time you find yourself dealing with this guy, if he doesn't cut it out, it's perfectly OK to start being an asshole. Raise your voice. Swear. Demand to see his manager and tell his manager he's harassing you and you want it stopped. Make yourself unpleasant to deal with when the Edge card comes up, and he won't bring it up- they don't pay him enough to deal with nasty people. And you'll look better for your next thread (except there shouldn't be a next thread, becuase it's not worth mentioning when a GS sucks.)

As a former employee you are rated on your EDGE, reservations, and Product Replacement Sales. It is a business after all. When I worked there it sucked spitting the phrase You got and Edge Card? Save 10% now, or Any games you wanna reserve?

Suck it up homeslice, wait till you get older and people dickride to sell you insurance.

Yes, I think I remember him.
He's worked in Monmouth since the days of N64.
I remember getting SBK and he kept pushing a data pack (Think that's what it's called) onto my day, and we ended up getting it.
I was 5.
