Itunes Gift Cards/Codes

What is a cheap way to get itunes giftcards? I know that Swagbucks has them for rewards, but the points required is much higher then $5 Amazon. Any ideas?

Batteries. I think it's Energizer batteries that was running a promo where if you buy 3 specially marked packs, you get a $10 itunes gift cert. Each comes with a little number you enter on a website, and then they send the giftcard via email in a week or two. I think mine took two weeks. Not sure if it's still going on, since this was a couple weeks ago.
