Dearest CAGgers,
I have for sale
-1 PSP system (Black with 2.6 Firmware)
-1 32 MB memory card
-1 Copy of Daxter for PSP
-1 Copy of GTA Liberty City Stories
-1 Copy of Lumines
-1 Copy of Metal Gear Ac!d
-1 Copy of Syphon Filter Dark Mirror
- The proper power cables
-2 USB cables
-4 UMD Cases

That's the gist of it, there's more in the pictures and PM me if you have any questions about anything. Asking price is $225 but I'm willing to negotiate. I'm not opposed to trades either, currently I'm looking for some games for my Gamecube, PS2 and my Ds and GBA.

Thanks for the post shrike. Yes, I am new to CAG but for what it's worth, I'm just an honest trader. Also, what happens if I get screwed Shrike? Is there some kind of insurance that you know of?

even though were working on a deal...my advice. trade with people who have been around a while who have completed positive trades and who actually post fairly often.

i always figure im safer trading with someone who cares about the community here and wouldnt risk getting banned.

that is why you put insurance on the item. and usually if someone has high feedback here they wont rip you off. If someone does rip you off just tell a mod and they usually try to help

Everybody starts with zero feedback. Just be fair with people, and get used to shipping first if you have lower feedback.

Barring the occassional jackass (swisha) everyone on here's pretty easy to work with.
 
If anyone wants to trade something, don't be afraid to ask. I'm in the market for a number of things including some LOTR special edition hardbacks and another guitar. BTW, I have a DS, PS2, GC, PC and a Dreamcast so I'm looking to support all of those.

So do you just automatically post that in any thread with someone who wants to do an honest trade and earn some good feedback, or do you actually look at the post, and see if it looks legit or not?

I appreciate that you're looking out for people, but this trade and others have looked really legit, and your wording makes it seem like new traders should be avoided.

Thank you sir/ma'am, I had to forfeit an excellent trade offer because of this post. How else is the community supposed to grow with these scare tactics?

if youre talking about me i pm'd you.

i think the new cag's that have posted in jagwires thread have the wrong idea.

shrike's job here is to make sure as few trades go badly as possible.
ive been on this site a good while and have traded over 20 times and have yet to have a problem (barring the postoffice losing a game i mailed)

my previous post was supposed to help new traders, since you will usually be asked to send first, make sure the person youre trading with has a vested interest in this site.

cag's are good folks for the most part. ejoy the site and have fun trading.

im sure if you have any problems or questions about trades shrike can help you out.
