some guy here does them in a little shop in a back alley. He painted the place all black, at least on the outside.
well I can see i'm obviously on everyone's ignore list. lol you all talk about how I should be nice to you guys, when I say one post and you all attack me.
Calm down.

There's one 10 minutes from my house that looks like the guy uses a rusty steak knife in ink.

His open/closed sign, is a piece of loose-leaf paper that says Open on one side and Not Open on the other.

"Not Open"...
some guy here does them in a little shop in a back alley. He painted the place all black, at least on the outside.
There's this place around here that looks like a haunted castle.

Anyone who's anyone goes there... even though, as an artist, everything I've seen come out of that drawbridge looks like an amateur drew it -- in all regards.
one of my [former] friends was into freaky stuff. and by freaky i mean squicking.
Which definition are we talking about here? Hopefully not this one:
Squicking is similar to skullfucking in that an individual copulates with the skull of another individual. It differs, however, in that while traditional skullfucking uses preexisting orifices, squicking involves the creation of new ones, possibly through the use of a drill.

I didn't really care for the way they threw you into the level and didn't explain anything. With the tutorial and the lower number of enemies, you can progress in your skill and learn how to manuver. It is a lot like God of War, except there is a lot more blocking and evading required.
Yeah, I felt that way too... though now that I figured out how to fling the dead bodies, I want to play through the demo at least one more time. (I gave it a second shot when Frisky mentioned something about watching the colors and told me how blocking works... still don't get the color thing, but the blocking I did better... and the flinging dead bodies... did I mention that?)
Disturbing. As much so as snowballing.
Much more so, in my opinion. :puke:

You know Brak, you could probably do pretty well for yourself, as a tattoo artist ... provided the customers were willing to let you do whatever you felt like.
Which definition are we talking about here? Hopefully not this one:
no, not that one. i was informed that it's more along the lines of the 2nd (?) where it talks about the sound of skull fucking.

The game autoblocks when you do not attack, and by hitting triangle you can counter an attack.

The color shit and the flinging dead bodies I have no clue about (unless you hit X on the bodies).
no, not that one. i was informed that it's more along the lines of the 2nd (?) where it talks about the sound of skull fucking.
The 2nd one seemed tame enough until I read the example

It's not often that I get to squick, but since I've become a mortician it is much easier.

HI-OH!

I'd trust brak enough to give me one on my shoulder, or somewhere I can cover up.

Color shit = no clue. I did notice the enemies will show colors (blue/red/etc)... but I'm not sure if this means they're coming in standard/power stance/attack or if you should attack them in the equivalent stance.

But yes, X on the bodies... better than flinging anything else. ;)

I can't go through skin at that same rate.

Still, I'd fuck it all up. I just know it.

When I get rich and famous, I thought about getting a big piece of my characters all fighting eachother, or something.

This picture is Helluva old, but he'd be money to get tattooed somewhere.

I've redesigned him recently, and made him look more menacing and gangly.

He now has a sinister robe and a pentagram tattooed on his stomach, and such. Got rid of the shorts, too.

I'm aware that the pitchfork tips look like cockheads, by the way. I was shooting for a heart theme, but didn't really they looked like dicks until I stepped back from it.

When I buy a new scanner, I'll scan his new look.

(He's pink, by the way.)

"Then what do you got? A group of bikers with baby skulls hanging from their necks running across America raping our churches and burning our women."

The whitest kids you know

I used to make money in my late teens/ early 20s by drawing designs for people that they'd take to the tattoo artist. Easy $35 to $50...

Totally didn't see that until you pointed it out (saw the hearts, the mushroomheads seem to be a bit of a stretch, IMO).

just make them a little more pointy.

Well, they're supposed to be hearts... I just didn't mean for them to look like dill-dews.

I got rid of the hearts in the revamp, too.

Sounds like a good way to make money on the side. Wish I had that kind of talent. In any way...

That'd be uber-disturbing to draw something that will be one someone for the rest of their days.

When you're the beer guy, your talents are usually lacking.

You still can.

Just not sure how Corporate/HR will react to it.:whistle2:#

Blue = block with speed stance (default)
Orange = block with power stance
Red = unblockable

I believe it's explained in the controls or combos part of the menu in the demo.

You should try the Aftertouch controls, though I'm not sure if they're in the demo (hold X when throwing something and use the tilt to guide it mid-air). It works really well when you get to use Kai.
That'd be uber-disturbing to draw something that will be one someone for the rest of their days.
What can you do in the vein of "zombie raptor"?
What can you do in the vein of "zombie raptor"?
that depends. with or without gucchi bag?
What can you do in the vein of "zombie raptor"?
i second this.

even if it was used as a base, there may be "some" artist interpretation to get the sizing/fitting/etc. right for the actual transfer/inking.
that depends. with or without gucchi bag?
Perhaps it could be holding a severed arm, grasping the strap? :whistle2:k

But I'd prefer without.
What can you do in the vein of "zombie raptor"?
That'd be pretty gully.

What if it had a space ghost riding it like a cowboy? (A bulky '70s NASA suit with a deathly skull visage behind the visor.)
That'd be pretty gully.
Then get to work.

I need to find a good local artist, I suppose. :whistle2:k

Well, seeing how things went when a customer threw a punch at me, I'd probably get away with it...

I'm going to call and see if they got the rays o' X back. I'm still coughing nasty shit up. Had a bit a blood earlier that I hope was from my tonsil. I played with it a bit...

What was weird was to see the artist take my B&W sketch and fill in the color. It's interesting to see the talents of different tat artists. However, I saw one guy who went to a bad tattooist and what he walked out with was so different than what I drew - and not in a good way. It looked like shit, but the guy liked it, so I said nothing.
I'd only do sketches for friends now...I couldn't bring myself to profit and then have the tat guy fuck it up again...

But yes, X on the bodies... better than flinging anything else. ;)
Color of your enemies is what stance they'll be using to attack you, and to defend against it, you need to be in the same stance, or not around to be hit.

Learned that from a review or two.
