That's pretty cool. Do you have a big desk? I don't think mine could accommodate two monitors.
Yeah, I got a desk that is probably 6 feet wide, and maybe 3 feet deep.

Damn, that is a big desk. The one I have has a cd rack on the left of the monitor space and a little shelf on the right, so there is no room for two monitors.

Just did the Home Money Experts offer. Skate 2 here I come!

How was that offer? I am thinking about doing it...

The sign up was stupid easy. It supposedly takes 2 days to credit, and you may not get an email.

Well I will let you be the guinea pig and see what happens.

Well, I finally finished reading this past weekend's OTTs.

I wonder if Munch and Zew would have ever gotten their names back if Trak didn't start laying down some pressure.
Hey Plume, you've done other trainn sites besides the 360 site, right? How do the points work on those? I'm thinking about doing the itouch one.
Better late than never to respond...

I have only done the PS3 one, and I created an account to look at the lcd monitor one, but never did anything on it.

there's about twice the offers, and they're given a point value. (Easy offer X might be 30 pts, and harder offer Y may be 50 pts.) Once you get credited for the offers, you just build your points up until you have enough for the itouch. (I have no idea what they want for that, though...)

Tried the FEAR2 demo on my PC......sweet game but I tend to get headaches when playing FPS on the PC for long periods of time...I'm too close to the screen.

How many points did they want for the PS3, Plume?

I feel like I've kind of screwed myself out of ever doing a site like that since I've done so many YF360G offers.

Hook up your PC to your HDTV, play using a 360 controller.

When i went out to eat earlier, there was this group of kids sitting behind us. They had been giving the waitress a hard time since they sat down. I could tell they were just a bunch a punk kids trying to act cool. When they left, the waitress came over and showed us what they left her for a tip. They left her a $1 bill that they tore in half.

fucking kids in this town.

How often do you have problems when canceling those trials, Rocko?

---

I've got some space on my 3 month Amazon Prime trial. If anyone who doesn't stink and isn't a lurker wants in just let me know and I'll PM you the info.

I've been using YF360G for about a year and the only problem I've ever had is with one offer I did recently that apparently doesn't work- tried it twice, and both times I wasn't charged, got no email, and had no account on record.

Other than that it's gone fine, but I never do offers that require me to send back a product to the company, like books or vitamins or something.

I did the 40 gig model for 900 points. (I think, at the time, the 80 gig was 1200 points.)

I did my homework, figured it all out and did it in nearly exactly three months with 18 offers and just under $100 out of pocket. (I could have done it for less, but i bought something off Bidz, I think.)

But, there are more offers on there, too, so you don't have the dry spells of no offers like on the yf360g side.

I'm assuming you did offers where you had to send shit back to the companies, Plume?

I'd like to try it, but I've done a lot with YF360G and I really don't want to get into sending products back.

Bureau Tools RX.

As far as your concern, the cancellation confirmation number (should be given to you over the phone or emailed) is your protection against that. I've never had any extra charges after cancelling.

Zew, no, Trainn only does 360 games, but MegaFreebie offers games for all 3 systems.

I have, but I generally try to avoid those offers. (I factor the shipping costs into the price of the offer.)

It really isn't bad, but you have to watch the timing. There was some vitamin one where the trial offer started immediately, and I didn't get the bottle until about 10 days into the two week trial, so I returned those same day using two day shipping - it cost me about $16.
