Good price. Just watched the trailer again on amazon. I hope it goes cheaper at some point. Hopeful for a BF deal with this or MGR R. I been waiting for MGR to hit $19.99 as well.

Filler kills the deal for me when I have to impulse fill.

 
Pretty much everything is on disc.

Update to this, Target also has this on sale for $20 and I think Amazon's pricing is a reaction to this. It's still $30 at Best Buy and GameStop. If you want it immediately, not pay for filler, and don't mind tax. Check your B&M Target!

Ya, you can play offline. Online, basically players will anonymously pop into your game...and you can work together or do your own thing...and it sort of adds to the atmosphere (plus I think a few of the trophies require online play)... But you won't really miss out on too much playing offline. And the other two main games are single player.

Edit: I think a few of the minigames might be multiplayer only, but they're really just short demo-ish things from game programming contests thrown in as bonuses.

You have to install the games/bonuses to your HD and launch them from your ps3 desktop instead of the disc, but the installers are on-disc. The disc also has to be in your drive to play (to make sure you don't install them and then sell or give away the disc, obviously).

The only DLC codes are for the psn avatars and the ps plus trial.

cool i think ill take a bite on this as i been on the fence for awhile as ive been finishing up my backlog of games.
