I can't figure it out, I tried to switch out my avatar since I had fixed the white background and had made it transparent, saved it as the right file type (I've done all three already) and still it won't load up. I tried putting the old one back up and I think I saw it on one page but then kapput, poof, I get this stupid red x. I even tried putting an avatar fromt he sites database and still I get this red x. I even went as far as to just delete my avatar so I wouldn't see the red x and it still won't take it down. The only thing it does is make the box of the red x smaller. Is anyone else having anytrouble loading an avatar? has anyone else had the same trouble that I have had?
 
GAH. I can't see why this hasn't been locked yet but oh well. :twisted:

I've got like 100 games to play, and would rather seriously, seriously, stare at my ceiling and just be lost in my own thoughts.

That would be because it is my happy place, and not off topic.
These poor souls have seeked refuge and asylum when they were displaced out of necessity. It is but the least I could do to extend to them the chance to relive thier former happiness in this thread.

The noble Sneaky Penguin allows this to continue, despite the fact that for all intents and purposes, one of the chosen few.
 
I've just lost all interest in posting here on CAG now. I barely ever have a desire to check the forums. I'm hoping that I'll be happy again once the OTTs come back, but I don't know...

You could try deleting your cookies and re-logging in. I can't see your avatar right now, not even a red x.

-_- god damn people and them calling me young. Seriously, I'm not THAT young, or that immature, even though I can act like it when I want to, but that's more my mind being perverted then actually immature. Or is it the same thing...? Ah, rant. But I digress...

It's the OTTs mostly, but I don't know, on a whole CAG has generally lost all its charm for me. The community just seems to spiral more and more, and now I have nowhere to vent of my OTT ways. And if I do miss one of those sales it might actually be good for me, since I haven't played any of my new games in so so long, and like I said, would rather be staring at the ceiling then anything else. In fact, my ideal place right now is on my bed, staring at the ceiling and talking on the phone.

So yeah... if I stop posting sometime relatively soon, then I wave goodbye to all the fellow OTTers and the CAGers that I don't hate.

Mucha Lucha has to be one of the strangest kid's show around. I mean when is taking giant dumps on other wrestler considered a valid wrestling move?

I wish I had time to start playing new games. With finals week coming up I have two papers I have to write by the end of the week. Not to mention the fact that I have to finish Metroid Prime.

Damn I still haven't beaten Metroid Prime either since the game frustrtates me too many times with its distant save points.

That's the Metroid way, so I guess that won't be changing anytime soon. It's actually been growing on me the past week that I've been playing it, hopefully I can finish it sometime this year. I'll get MP2 when it hit $30.

I just passed 150 games for my collection. \:D/

On another note, my trade with Daphatty is taking longer than I think it should, he sent it the saturday before last, it left his post office on tuesday and hasn't gotten here yet. I hope it didn't get lost or delivered to the wrong address.

After playing the MP2 demo, I think I might pick it up earlier than expected.

Well after cleaning two computers and trying to upload my magus avatar in every format that's allowed, I'm still stuck with.........red x. Maybe that can be my avatar and no one will notice.

It probably is but I've gone through everything I know of (mind you I'm pretty good with computers) but i can't figure it out. I've wittled it down to either my computers (both of them) are messed up or it's something with the website and the work that defender has done. Before then, I could switch out avatars in a snap. I think I went through 4 in one day before I stuck with the garfield one way back. I can't even load one of the site's databases avatars. Anybody else having trouble switching avatars out?
