You know that I still never got my Assassins Creed from this? I finally had got a response but after that, they never responded. I'm also having a hard time loggining in

Wow, that is really odd! I have never heard of anyone not getting their order. I suggest you send them another email and include the order number of the game in question. Tell them you never received your order and ask if they can investigate it and provide some type of tracking info. I also suggest creating a new support ticket request under the "Support" tab, include all of the same information.

Wow. Its been awhile since I been here. I did what you said and they did respond and let me switch the game. I chose Army of two. Too bad I didn't know that RB6:V2 was on there :(
